Tami Louise Hageman, 24, of Luana, Iowa passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 20, 2019 at Waukon Veterans Memorial Hospital.

Visitation will be held from 3-8 pm on Friday, May 24, 2019 at Leonard-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Monona, Iowa. There will also be a visitation from 8:30 am until mass time at the church on Saturday.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Monona, Iowa with Rev. Nils de Jesus Hernandez as the Celebrant.

Inurnment will follow at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Monona, Iowa.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. Patrick Catholic Church, Monona, Iowa Building Fund.

Leonard-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Monona, Iowa is helping the family with arrangements.
