Council announces buyer for Garden View
MONONA — The City of Monona has reached a tentative agreement to sell the Garden View senior living facility. That was the word from Mayor Lynn Martinson during last Monday’s regular council meeting.
The agreement, with MALC, LLC, has been examined by City Attorney Greg Schiller, who had no major concerns with the agreement. The closing date for the transaction, if it is approved by the City Council following a public hearing at the Nov. 19 Council meeting, would be Jan. 2, 2019.
