Bulldogs score first victory

MFL MarMac rallied from an early deficit to score its first victory of the season, 37-13 over Postville Friday.

The Bulldogs (1-1) trailed 13-7 after one quarter before scoring the game's final 30 points.

MFL MarMac's balanced offense featured three 100-plus yard performers. Quarterback Zach Trudo completed 9-of-18 passes for 141 yards and a touchdown while senior wingback Mason Hertrampf had 131 total yards, 74 rushing and 57 receiving, and junior Dylan Corlett rushed for 112 yards and a score. Senior fullback Derek Larson added 62 yards and two touchdowns on the ground.

The Bulldogs take their lone long road trip of the year Friday to Central Springs.
